Shipping and Returns
Returns Policy
You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. For swimwear and other clothing items, please only return, if unworn and unwashed. For swimwear, the liner must be intact. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will gladly pay for the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
After your order has been submitted, please give us 1-2 business days to process your package(s), before shipping it out.
We can ship to all United States addresses. International shipping is not available at this time. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping cost, either $5 flat rate or free shipping when you spend $75 or more for purchases. We ship all our packages via USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Treasures 4 Humanity is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Sales Tax
Treasures 4 Humanity charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
